As we plan to leave here (Puerto Vallarta, Mexico) soon, heading to La Paz in Baja California, Mexico, I suggested to the neighboring cruisers that we have a Sunset Pot-Luck dock party. We enjoyed a beautiful evening with Fred and Judy on S/V Wings (USA) and Viviane and Luc on S/V O2 (Belgium, http://orinocotoo.com/).
Viviane loved the color of the Spring Rolls and wanted to take a photo. The picture came out great, showing my yummy dishes along with me as well as S/V Bad Bunny. Cooking Shrimp Tempura and Vietnamese Spring Rolls, was a lot of work but I was very happy that everyone loved my dishes. Shrimps were real fresh as I bought them from the fish market by the marina at sunrise.
